CO 23 New session not possible

Hello, I have worked with CO 20 until now and had no problems. Now I have CO 23 and want to open a NEW session to then import images, but this is not possible

 The following message appears:

"...." could not be opened
CO could not open ......
Error: The document could not be created.

Please can someone help me.

    Where is the folder where you want to create the new session? Does Capture One have appropriate permissions for that folder? If the location where you are trying to create the new session is not on your computer's internal drive (for instance it is on an external drive) are you able to create a session on the internal drive?
