Why can't I get 30 day trail of Capture One Pro?

I recently downloaded the free Capture One Express for Fujifilm.  Now I'd like to try Capture One Pro for 30-days to see if it's worth purchasing.  Even after uninstalling Capture One Express for Fujifilm, my "free trail" is Capture One Express for Fujifilm!

Please can you tell me why this is happening?

  The express and trial versions will have different licence keys.

  Make sure you are using the appropriate one after you install.

  I think you no longer need a licence key for the trial, but you will have to deactivate the Express version. Sorry, not sure which menu that is on for Windows, but look for Licence... in the menus. Click on that and choose deactivate. Close Capture One. When you reopen it you should get the choice to enter a licence code for version 23, or start the trial.
