Increment Counter

It would be useful to have an "Increment Counter" option for the Capture Counter in addition to the "Decrement Counter" option.

Especially because on the PC the "Decrement Counter" option currently decreases the counter regardless if the increment is set to a negative or positive value. Very annoying behavior when using a negative increment.
