USB Tether - Sony A7RV

I do not know how to get the USB Tether to work with my new Sony A7RV(5) and could use some assistance.

    I am very interested in reading a response to this question.  I am the owner of a new sony a7rv and cannot get it to tether to my windows laptop.

    Ive tethered my A7R5 to my Mac, C1-23--- and the camera appears, can be controlled... but on shutter fire no images come in... HELP!!!!!!

    I also had problems with the USB Tethering my Sony a7RV on Windows 10.

    My solution:

    1. Connect camera in PC remote mode (even if Capture One does not recognize it).

    2. Open Windows Device Manager and search camera (I found it on USB devices)
    3. Deleting Driver
    4. Reboot Capture One and reconnect camera (PC-Remote).
    After that, USB Tethering worked.
