Assuming you're not printing with your own printer but rather exporting to a file which you'll send to a printing service...
- Most printing services (companies) require or recommend JPG with sRGB, but check out with your printing service.
- Some printing services accept tif with embedded AdobeRGB, but it won't benefit you in most cases
- You should normally never embed a paper icc profile in the image file, it should always be a standard (sRGB or AdobeRGB). Otherwise it's almost certain that your colors in the print will be off.
The paper icc profiles are for soft-proofing only e.g. in C1, but never for export, and maybe you need them if you're directly printing on your printer next to you on your desk with a printing software (or C1), but I never did one this and I actually don't know such "printing by myself" stuff...0
