Workflow CO -> PS saving in folder and "open in layers"

Hi there, due to some problems with the tethering last year I switched to CO. There is a lot to love and a lot to be confused with the new workflow.

One problem I am having with workflow is: I open a raw file in PS and then save the edit. In Lightroom, I used to create a new Folder called Edit. When I create a new folder in a session I cannot add that folder or find the images after saving (only by sorting by kind of file) which I personally find a bit time difficult.

Another thing is that as an architectural photographer I sometimes put two or three exposure stops together to use them. For that, I apply the same settings (straightening / white balance) to the images and open them "as layers" in PS. I seem to not being able find that possibility in CO? I use at the moment some time-consuming workarounds.... But I am sure it is possible and I just cannot find the possibility? I am grateful for any help, Jordana
