Capture One 23 catalog to Capture One 22 catalog

I´ve decided to try Capture One 23, and my catalog that I was using on Capture One 22 was converted into a Capture One 23 catalog. I decided not to upgrade my Capture One 22 to the 23, my question is how to convert my catalog back to 22?

  I would use my last catalog backup. (I have it set to backup weekly)
