The C1 version in the website is not supported by my 2013 iMac

How can I get the correct version of C1 for my imac 10.14.6 please? the one I just downloaded for Fuji camera users is not supported

    The last version of C1 supported on 10.14.6 was C1 21, which was released ~2 years ago. You may need to contact Capture One support directly (this is a user forum) or do a web search to get that older version unless you were licensed for it.

    More importantly, you’ll need to verify that your Fuji camera was supported in that version, or if you’d need a newer version. If you need a newer version, your choices would be to convert the Fuji files to DNG using Adobe DNG Converter, or upgrade to a machine that can use Big Sur or later.

    If you have a license for C1, you can download & install older versions. C1/21 (14.4.1) is available - I just checked.

    Log into your Captureone account.  Click your Proflie icon, then the Download button.  On the Download page, scroll down to the section for Previous Versions and click that Download button.  On the next page you can download C1 versions back to v10.
