Counter not increasing on image export

    I have the same problem. I have just submitted a support ticket for this to C1.

    I also had submitted a ticket on January 2nd.
    The suggestion they gave me, was "to delete the user.config file at this folder location:  
    C:\Users\You\AppData\Local\Capture_One\CaptureOne.exe_xxxx\14.x.x

    but this didn't help and there was no further help from the support team.

    After fiddling around a while, I then figured out, that my version of the "JPEG - Full size, highest Quality" export recip was the reason. I deleted that recipe and re-added it with the original version (same name, available from "Add recipe" in the 3-dot menu at the top right of the "Export Recipes" section of the export dialog).

    This has fixed the problem for me. Maybe you should give it a try as well.
