All that ranting  - in the wrong forum (what you're complaining about is not a "Forum Issue", is it?) - and not a word about the machine you're using; the workflow that generates the crash; whether anything else has changed on the machine before the problems started; the Capture One version ("last version" tells us nothing); or anything of value in troubleshooting the problem.

More line breaks/paragraphs and fewer SHOUTY EXCLAMATION MARKS!!!!! would improve readability, too.

You're talking to users here, not Capture One staff, and all of the pointless, unhelpful tantrums get a bit tiresome, to be honest...

    Capture One Pro 23

Months ago I wrote to support about paint brushes and eraser brush hanging up while working on adjustment layers , while moving from image to image Of a group of selected images ( 7 from example) ,,, giving you the spinning ball -- often leaving no choice but to force quit - this is the first time that that I have lost work in doing so!!!

In rebooting it went back to 3 hours before , when I started working on this project !!!!!!!!!!! NOTHING WAS SAVE IN THE LAST 3 HOURS OF WORK...Ok This is pathetic!!!!

     27 inch iMac

13.2 (22D49) Ventura as an operating system.

Whining about it here wont help - the clue is in:

Seriously as a community we should know what is happening - not sure were you are at, but I rely on this software not as a hobby but as a foundation of my career... and sometimes working as a group is a effective way to get things done....

Thank you for you thoughts, but really suppression is the way of the past. Communication is how we live now

But - and it's as tiresome to have to spell this out as it is to read the whining in the first place - you're communicating to the wrong people.

It is incredibly arrogant for you to you assume that your problems (which are almost certainly down to some local mismatch between the software and your machine) will be of even the slightest interest to anyone else: the very fact that the forum isn't flooded with similar reports (and it isn't) should tell you that you're an edge case.

Let me put it another way: your personal experiences are your experiences, and this is not the place to share them, because the likelihood of anyone actually caring is vanishingly small: if you're not asking for advice - which you're not - you're in the wrong place.

You don't come here for a shoulder to cry on, and it's not an echo chamber for whiners.

Back in the days of the original Phase One forum (when they owned the software business) there was Rule 10:

Do not post a message merely to blow off steam or otherwise get something off your chest. This is a support, user to user help and resource area, if you have something to take up with a dealer then take it up with a dealer, if you have something to take up with Phase One then please take it up with Phase One.

The only material difference between then and now is that "Phase One" has changed to "Capture One".

It's still the expected behaviour. Take the hint.
