Live View Problem FujiFilm X-T3

We download the free trial of Capture One Pro hoping to evaluate and buy quickly but we are having problems tethering to a Fujifilm X-T3. Lens used is the Fuji kit lens 18-55.

It does connect up and send photos we take to the computer but the live view will not work properly and any of the camera settings we attempt to change in Capture One immediately revert to where they were.

Sometimes Live View will work for a few seconds then shows an error message.

Error message reads: "The size or length is incorrect. PTP FUJIFILMimage size larger than reported" Code: 0

Computer we have connected the camera to is a 2017 21.5 inch iMac. The HDD was wiped clean a couple of days ago and Ventura installed.

Any ideas anyone? :)
