non-destructive color range masking

tested c1 v22 recently.

c1 has the ability to mask non-destructive in terms of luminosity, but not in colors. i'd love to see a tool, where the user can mask color(s) non-destructive. did a tool design, how it could look like...

i'm aware of the feature that the user can generate a mask of selected colors. but whenever the user want to change the color range, a new mask needed. very odd.

  When you are in Advanced Color Editor you adjust Hue, Sat and Light as you said. But to perform any other operation you need to create mask which is static'. Maria is asking 'Dynamic' mask (similar to Luma Range) based on color which is same as my feature request...
