Color Shifting when Importing Images

I've been using Photo Mechanic to cull my images, color looks excellent as it should.  However when I go to import the photo into Capture One (Ver 23) the color shifts on the image.  I've attached a couple examples.  Have tried a few things with no success.  (ARW - Sony RAW format).  What's interesting is when you do the import and the preview in Capture One shows the colors as it should, it seems something is occurring during the import process.
