Automatically apply presets to photos

Is there a setting to automatically apply presets that I have created in advance at the photo import stage?

  Yes, there is. If I understand your question. 

  In the import dialog under Adjustments you can select Auto-adjustments, and also Styles; inboard and your own. styles.
