HDR Merge tool in 23.

Are others still having problems with this HDR Merge too?  I only get it to work about half the time.  I usually get an error that says that the files aren't the same dimensions, which isn't correct and need to pick at least two files when I've already picked three.  For me, the HDR Merge tool is crap.  At least Lightroom works and on more than three files at a time.
