Ah, yes. Import after an Export did also not work at the beginning. I remember that I have copied the files to another place once. Finally it has worked.

Im my case the problem seem to come from tethered shooting with burst. Export/Import helped.

Ok, but why are some pictures read only (not on the file system), and other from the same capture are not? How can the permission changed?

Was this problem solved? I have the same issue with Capture One 22. It never happened before, I use the same camera and the same computer. ARW files are all present and I can export them all but no...
