Thanks for responding to my post. The matter has been resolved. Capture One support provided the requisite support and I am satisfied. I'm working on photos again.

I was allowed to *download* the update to 16.2 from 16.1, but cannot use it, nor get back to 16.1
This morning I saw that there was a new version Capture One pro 16.2. I currently have a 16.1 perpetual license. (I thought 16.2 going from 16.1 was a minor upgrade that I would still be entitled...
