Hi Mario, I have the same issue that X-H2S cannot see from C1 even can be seen from windows. I changed USB cables but cannot make it improved. I am not sure if it is C1 issue or X-H2S issue.

I have the same issue. It is NOT 100% raw files. But some or many of RAW files are affected. Especially, 40fps shoots and lossless compression with JPG really affected. I am not sure if this is C1 ...

No, X-H2S generates 10bit HEIC only (ref: 8bit JPEG, 10bit HEIC, 14bit RAW). I am not sure if Captureone accept 10bit HEIC.

I confirmed this after export from RAW to PSD. I did not try to turn off H/W acceleration. I will try that, when I see. I should have written that this phenomenon is intermittent. DY
