I've got the same problem with Photoshop CC2019 on macOS Mojave. It doesn't matter if you edit with... as .TIFF or .PSD

I've got the same problem with 12.02 on macOS Mojave 10.14.3. I reported it already in January and they replayed it was in the pipelineto fix it, but apparently not a big issue enough to fix it in...
