    Full marks to the prompt help from Support. They gave me a new code and I deactivated the Trial version that I had ended up with after updating.

    After filling in all the fields, it says everything OK, confirms perpetual licence, but when I press the Activate key, it rejects the previous inputs

    Bought C1 20 Pro in November. downloaded update today and now I can't access the software because it won't allow me to activate.
