I think it might come down to individual workflows at this point, as an example if it takes me 2 seconds to drag the handles vs 1 second to hit a button and move the box, that's 5,000 seconds saved...

3 more shortcuts (Or more, ratio's depending) instead of, say, pressing "X" to rotate the crop... I think that's stretching the workaround just a bit too far :)
