I will wait buying a new camera until Capture One supports it. I tried all relevant RAW converters, only Capture One gave the results I wanted.

I use a catalog in Capture One, but I leave the images on a network disk. You can but don't have to import images into the catalog.

With Ctr - Alt - E you can write data into the files. Not sure which fields are used though.
