Thank you. I rolled back to 10.0.2 and that did indeed fix the problem. I've also reported to Technical Support and he said he'll report it to developers.

This is a known bug introduced in 10.1. I've had confirmation from tech support quite awhile ago. I wish they fix it soon. I ended up going back to 10.0.

Thanks all. I think I'll use sessions and then import into catalog that way I can delete the session folders and keep my current file structures.
