Try creating a backup of that catalog, and check off Optimize Catalog. This should clear up any lingering issues due to unused indexes in the catalog database.This is what the support told me to do...

I sent a ticket to the support but I didn't get an answer yet.I had to downgrade to 10.1.1 and it seems to work...so probably we have to wait for some patch I think ☹️
