Try this. Find with "Activity monitor" all the processes related to Adobe (even if you have no Adobe program running some processes are) and terminate them. It seems to work for me. No more crash, ...

I have the same problem and I'm absolutely sure that the keywords I'm not able to delete are those I set in Aperture before switching to Capture OneMaybe this can help to find a solution
