Thanks, guys.   I'm on the subscription plan and have yet to receive any notice from C1.  Think I'll wait it out for a bit before attempting any upgrades.

Allen,  Did you have to deactivate your current C1 20 license and reuse that for C1 21 or did they provide a new license?   Thanks.

Hi Vera, From the Capture One 20 menu, select Preferences... In the General Tab, you will see the options for Acceleration.  I would suggest turning them both off then if the problems goes away, yo...

The first thing to check is if Hardware Acceleration is currently on.  If it is, disable it and try your export again.
