And what kind of machine are u using?

The quickest way would be to do it in the Finder and Capture One will sync automatically. Or you can do it in Capture One but one folder at the time.

you should check that you dont have lots of files in your session trash and that it is not located on network disk. If you have lots of files there you should clean up your session trash...

Has anyone seen damaged RAWs that are not CR2s? Or damaged RAWs that did not come from tethered shooting?
