Thank you for the reply.Yes that solved the problem ok. I changed the proof profile from'Selected Recipe' to another and that cured the problem..... why I do not know but it works.Many thanksBernard

Yea .... found it ok.....it was in CO4.I would show it to you if I knew how to attach a screen dump to a post.bernphys
