In the process tool, check under advanced to see if anything has been typed into the \"sub folder\" field. If so, delete it and problem solved. If not, I don't know what's going on. Good luck

UAre you connecting your camera to the computer by USB cable to do the import or are you using an external card reader? We have never had a problem using an external card reader.
