Transferring ratings to variants

When I create a variant of a preview with 5 stars the variant has no stars, I have to stop working, change to the no star filter, change the variant to 5 stars and then go back to my 5 star filter....

Delete Catalog

I have searched through the user manual and the online documentation. I can't find a single mention of how to delete a catalog. How do I delete a catalog?
