I too am having difficulty. I have tried to activate. I have typed in my 3.7xx activation code and retrieved my profile, but the registration screen is not allowing me to enter my christian name ...

Good pointThey had to make some back office adjustments to associate my profil with the name fields - if that makes sense. When I next tried to activate the name fields were populated.Peter
