I can confirm that (Mac Os Ventura). But Color Tags are not part of the IPTC standard (stars are). If Capture One follows that norm strictly its expected behavior. Tagging exported files according ...

Please don't. It's not necessary. Several reasons: Lens corrections are written in camera into the DNG file. Second, the lenses are so good. You don't gain much if anything and images get cropped. ...
