bingo! thanks guys.even though it had the toaster... it didnt actually edit the photo.cherio! on my way to angola trough Zimbabwe and Zambia on my mozerbike! yaih!

ok i notice on the pic that i can edit it has a symbol in the bottom right corner of its thumbnail that looks like a toaster.but the ones i cant edit... it only as a eye symbol

thanks for the reply paul.its leica d lux 4.the files are .jpgits capture one 4.1.3.205xxxxxwierderst thing... it just started working... let me check what i did.
