Capture One 12 is not supported on MacOS 11. You need to upgrade Capture One or downgrade your MacOS so they follow along.

Yes. Make a Smart Album, apply a rating filter and select "is greater than or equal to" and select 3 stars. In the Capture Pilot tool, select this Smart Album as your Folder.

You can always use the Find and Replace functionality within batch renaming, replacing 'DSC_' with whatever you need. 😊
