I'm sorry my fix did not help. Your problem sucks; it pretty much makes the program unusable. The only other thing I can think of is maybe check for other programs that let you assign you own key...

FWIW, when I exit photoshop so they are not both running at the same time, the undo/redo works again. Using photoshop 20212.

Still nothing. The people in support tried really hard and were very polite. I'm impressed with how quickly they replied, and it's now obvious that there is an irreconcilable issue with my Window...

No, no luck with the install having NOD32 off. Nobody else gets this, huh? This is driving me crazy.

I do have ESET NOD32 installed. I will try turning it off during the installation, though it's never caused an issue before.
