As far as I know, there is no difference. If you install the upgrade over the existing (licensed) program -- i.e., don't uninstall the old one -- your license information should transfer & the fun...

More info: I am running Windows XP (Home), and have each iteration of CO LE set up in a separate directory.Has there been a change in the most recent version regarding where preferences are stored...
