No! But you may be asked to login into the web-account and reactivate your installation. BTW: DONT!!! install 15.3, because it's very buggy. Use the just released version 15.3.1.

Thanks Jeroen, I just installed version 15.3.1 and have been able to activate the Plugin. But now it tells me, my license isn't valid. Figured out, that v1.2 of the plugin doesn't work with 15.3.1,...
