    I forgot to mention I've tried a support case as well, but nobody got back to me. This is almost enough to go back to Adobe, honestly. Great product, horrible service.

    The online store only accepts VISA Credit, not VISA Debit? Seriously? Almost a year after the last post, and this is why I have been pulling my hair out, calling my bank, emailing DIBS and Phase On...
