I also failed at entering the logs hurdle recently but because I was thinking of buying 16.3 I put myself in as a new customer when trying to contact them. Logs were irrelevant to me.  In your case...

I am fairly new to Capture One 22 (Well I've had it a while but have only recently started using it more). I am on a Mac and my version is 15.4.3.4 so perhaps there is a later update that may solve...

I have the same question. I have accidentally put the same photos into two collections and need to remove one, but I don't want to accidentally delete the photos or variants.
