As well, Jack.. unfortunately I have a 15 ft. Tether Tools cable 2.0 - Don't know if may experience problems with it but seems to be working ok so far. Cheers, Jim

Tethering Nikon D600
I recently purchased C1. I have the proper Tether Tools cable for my Nikon D600. It's properly connected, yet C1 doesn't recognize the camera. Help from anyone... please and thank you Jim

Yes.. I have the cable that came with my camera when I bought it brand new. It is USB-A to USB2-mini. I've connected to both camera and Mac, but C1 is not recognizing the camera... nothing comes up...

Thank you EtMRS.. that's exactly right... it is precisely a 'further investment' scenario. - Is my D600 too old to proficiently function in C1? - Will it be painfully slow in transferring photos ...
