Your explanation make sense, even though I still don't understand why I was able to do it that way before, and not anymore. But thank you for your help Ian !

Thank you for your answer Ian. I usually start by "editing with" and export the raw as a tif 8bit in Ps. Then I save it and come back to Capture so I can go back and forth between the two programs ...

Thanks for your help Robert !I just converted them to RGB and now it works ( the scans were in greyscale)
