If a camera is not listed on our supported cameras page then feel free to request that we implement support by making a post in the relevant community topic.
We will be able to provide information (as and when we have it) on when a camera will be supported, or if it's something that is not possible. That way you will be able to use this to inform perpetual license purchases, and see when a particular camera will be supported.
If a camera you have requested is already on the list of topics, simply upvote the post to show that you are not the only user affected by not having your own, or a particular camera supported.
Our Product Management team actively look at this topic to get an idea of which cameras are in-demand, but we also implement support based off existing partnerships (day one support for particular cameras) and also in-app analytics.
If you have feedback or want to see a specific feature in Capture One that is not related to camera support, then please see the relevant community topic and let us know your thoughts.

Welcome
I switched from Fujifilm to Canon
How can I transfer my subscription to Canon in Capture One
Thank you
alkaabi photo Support can assist you with this here: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
I’m trying to import from my CF Express card.
This is the first set of images from my Phase One XF IQ4.
The manual says the dialog box to download will automatically pop up when I connect the card reader and insert the card.
Even without Capture One launched, the card isn’t recognized on my desktop.
Please advise me.
Thanks!
