What is All in One?
All in one is a bundle that can be purchased in the web store, it is aimed for users who use Capture One on desktop as well as on Apple mobile devices (iPad or iPhone).
The bundle includes the following products:

Capture One Pro for desktop: As a subscriber to All in One, you will always have access to the latest version of the software, which means that you do not have to purchase an upgrade as long as you hold your subscription.

Capture One mobile: Available on both iPad and iPhone, get the shot you need by connecting your camera and shooting right into your mobile device – instantly being able to view, edit, and share your images.

Capture One Live Unlimited: Normally available as an add-on to your Capture One Desktop license, Capture One Live is included under the unlimited plan in your All in One subscription, meaning you will be able to share as many live session as you need.
- Priority Support: As an All in One subscription holder, you are guaranteed a faster response time - of 12 hours on average - from our Customer Support team.

Switching from Capture One Pro to All in One

On desktop: When switching from an existing Pro subscription to All in One, you will maintain your current license key as well as your subscription term dates. There's also no need to re-activate the software. You will also be able to pick up your workflow where you left off.
- On iPad/iPhone: Simply logging in using the email address linked to your All in One subscription is all you need to do to get access to Capture One Mobile.
New customers acquiring All in One from scratch

On desktop: Once you've acquired an All in One subscription, you will receive an email with a confirmation as well as your new Capture One license key. Use you license to activate the latest version of the software and you will be good to go.
Here's a step-by-step guide on How to activate Capture One.
Make sure to activate your license using the correct credentials: the same ones you used when purchasing All in One.
- On iPad/iPhone: Same as when switching from a Pro subscription, simply signing-in using the email address linked to your All in One subscription will give you access to Capture One Mobile.
Switching to All in One from a Capture One perpetual license:
Based on the date of your last order, you will be eligible to a discount on the All in One subscription, to check which discount you qualify for, we invite you to take a look at: Capture One Loyalty Program - I have a perpetual license for Capture One Pro.
You will also get to keep your Capture One perpetual license after switching to All in One as per our License Policy.

On Desktop: After you've acquired All in One and have received your new Capture One license, you will need to switch from your current license to your new one. To do this, simply follow the steps below:
1. First, deactivate your Capture One perpetual license as described here
2. Then, relaunch Capture One and activate from scratch by following the steps in this guide. Use your new license key during the activation and you should be good to go.
Make sure to activate your license using the correct credentials: the same ones you used when purchasing All in One. - On iPad/iPhone: Simply logging in using the email address linked to your All in One subscription is all you need to do to get access to Capture One Mobile.
If you are already subscribed to Capture One Mobile
If you decide to switch to All in One subscription, then you will need to cancel your current subscription to Capture One Mobile on your end.
Simply navigate to Settings > Apple ID (your name, along with your display picture at the top of the Settings menu) > Subscriptions > Tap on Capture One > Cancel Subscription

Once that's done, you can re-activate Capture One Mobile by simply signing-in using the address linked to your All in One subscription.
