    and no, this feature was introduced in Capture One 16.5 and is not available in older versions.

    After the 16.5.1.14 upgrade, it started to work :)
    I have added an API, a free sandbox for now.
    But ... the original ARW photo file has a resolution of 6000x4000 px, after cutting out the background the PNG file uploaded from Photoroom has 3333x5000 px. What should I do to get the same resolution as the original?

    Hey Bogdan Kasperski, we reached out to our friends at Photoroom, and they confirmed that the image shouldn’t be limited to 5000px. Could you please submit a support ticket by clicking the Request Support button in the header? When you do, it would be helpful if you could share the image, detail the exact settings you used, and let us know your intended use. Also, mention if you’re open to a call. Thanks in advance!

    Hello Denis, I have a capture one pro. Is there any way to try photoroom? the reason I ask don't see it anywhere. I have the right version and MacOS, however intelchip?! Does it work with intel or only from M1 and above?

    Bogdan Kasperski After further investigation, I can confirm that we're applying a 5000px limit on the long edge because this is the maximum resolution for certain operations, such as generating backgrounds and shadows. I'll update the article ASAP.

    George Balatoni The Replace Background feature is available in the All in One plan and Capture One Studio. We are currently working on a way to offer a trial of the upgraded products, but this is not yet available. Please stay tuned!

    The limitation of 5000 px should be clearly described at the time of purchase. Not everyone needs to generate AI shadows or backgrounds. However, this excludes the use of professional to cut out the object.

    I copied my API from photo room to capture with the provided links, but I still can't get rid of the watermarks whenever the picture gets developed. I signed in for the Basic Abo at Photoroom. Running on the latest Capture version.
