I would like to update my credit card information for my subscription. Can you please tell me where I can do that?
1. Login to your account at www.captureone.com. Click My Account.
2. Afterwards, enter your details correctly and you will be transferred to your account.
In case your subscription was purchased before November 29, 2018, proceed with the steps below.
- Once logged in, navigate to the Software License section.
- Click on your subscription (named “Capture One Pro subscription Single user/Multi user”), so a dropdown-menu will give you the option to update your payment info.
- Click the Update Payment Info button and enter your card details.
In case your subscription was purchased after November 29, 2018, proceed with the following steps:
- Once logged in, navigate to the Online Order History section and click the Go to FastSpring order history button.
- Go to the Subscriptions tab.
- Choose your active subscription, click Manage, and choose the Update payment method option from the dropdown menu.
