I need to deactivate Capture One directly in the application.
It is now possible to deactivate a specific instance of Capture One directly from within the software. This eliminates the need to contact Phase One support in order to free up the activation credits, install Capture One on a new or upgraded computer, or to switch between Capture One modes (trial, DB, Pro, etc.).
Follow the steps below to deactivate Capture One directly in the application.
1. Open the License window.
On Windows, you can do so by navigating to Help -> License Information.
When using macOS, go to the Capture One main menu and select License.
2. In the License window, please click the Deactivate button.
3. You will need to confirm that you want to deactivate the software on this computer by ticking the checkbox in the window. Afterwards, the Deactivate button will be enabled so you can click on it. This action will deactivate the Capture One software on the current computer and free up one activation credit that can be used for activation on a different machine in further.
