How can I make a log and system summary for Technical Support?
On Mac computers, it is possible to run a simple script to gather the logs and system report needed for the Phase One support team to quickly diagnose and resolve problems in specific environments.
The log and system summary gathering script are accessible via the Scripts menu within Capture One. Navigate to Scripts, then select File Packager.
If that is not available, you can download and run the scripts below manually. It will gather the following data and place it in a .zip archive on your desktop:
- Capture One logs
- Crash reports
- System Profile
- System logs
If possible, please also include other useful files like screenshots, images, and screen recordings when prompted by the applet.
