While purchasing, I received an error message indicating that I must accept the terms and conditions to continue, but I cannot see a check box to accept them. Where is it?
We have heard of some cases where prior session data or certain browser plug-ins can interfere with our ability to display the checkbox. To bypass this issue, please try one of the following:
- Try again with a fresh browser session (clear your browser’s cache before you retry).
- Attempt the purchase again using a completely different web browser (e.g. Google Chrome instead of Safari).
- Try the purchase from a different computer altogether.
