Capture One Enterprise license goes with an admin user assigned to it at the moment of quoting the license. If an administrator hasn't been confirmed initially, the company representative owning the license can contact Capture One support team anytime and request to assign the admin role to a specific employee.
The admin user can see devices that have the license activated, profiles of the employees running the software, date of every activation/deactivation etc. All activations that are in use can be reset directly from the administrator's account.
The License Management section has all the necessary details and controls. To access it, assigned user should log into the corresponding account and go to the 'Manage licenses' section:
Select Capture One Enterprise license and then view the activation details below.
This will bring up the details for that particular key including the date of activation, the device name, ID number, and the last time that activation was used (the "Last License Call").
For each workstation that is currently activated, the option to Deactivate will appear on the right. Resetting the activation will deactivate the machine and free up a seat for a new activation of the license.
The Device field is automatically generated by the local name of the machine and cannot be overridden.
If you do not see the expected details:
- Ensure that the machine is running Capture One Enterprise version 12.1.1 or later.
- Check that the machine has been activated with the Enterprise license and not any other.
- Be sure that the profile you used to log in is the Admin for that license.
