How to delete my Capture One account?
Please, send a request about removing your account to email@example.com.
Emails sent to firstname.lastname@example.org are logged and handled within 30 days of receipt. You can expect an initial response no later than 14 days after receipt, although we aim to respond much sooner.
IMPORTANT: If you have an active Capture One subscription, make sure that your subscription has ended prior to the account removal. We won't be able to delete the account with an active subscription associated with it. Discover more information about how to cancel a subscription.
